Exchanges and Returning products by mail

Any products must be returned to The Flaunt Group by mail, and cannot be returned directly to the supplier.

Before getting a return request started, make sure your purchase is eligible for a return by checking the return and exchange policies and contacting The Flaunt Group. Exchanges and returns are meant for damaged and/or defective products. There may be a 30% restocking fee for all exchanges and returns.

In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged, you are required to note it at the time of delivery. Please take photos of the damaged items, original packaging, and damaged area. We will do our best to make sure that all damages are repaired or replaced. To process damaged and/or warranty claims, we are required to have photos of the problem emailed to us. Please be advised we will process your claim quickly, but it can take time to obtain supplier approval. For environmental reasons most suppliers will suggest repair before replacement, a policy we support.

Additionally, if a product is being shipped to you in multiple boxes, approval will not be sent until all product packages are received from your order.

How to return a product by mail:

1. Contact The Flaunt Group by emailing orders@justflauntit.ca.

2. To make a return claim please provide the following information:

  • Order/invoice number and/or proof of purchase
  • The number of products you would like to return
  • The name and description of each product
  • The SKU for each product (on the Order Details page)
  • The date you received each product
  • The condition of each product as it was received, you must include photos
  • The condition of each product's packaging, if you are requesting a claim due to damages you must include photos.
  • The reason for requesting a return of each product
  • If any other information is required you will be contacted for the additional information.

3. If your return request has been approved, you should receive an email containing a printable return shipping label (called a Return Merchandise Authorization) and further instructions on how to send the item back to the seller. Please note shipping may be at the cost of the customer and will be stated in the email with the approval.

4. Print and attach the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping label from the seller and ship the package, making sure to include:

  • The product and any accessories
  • Any manuals and/or warranty cards
  • The product's original packaging

Once The Flaunt Group has received the products, you should see a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
